Step 1: Identify your fiber box model
Nova uses two types of fiber optic boxes
- Genexis FiberTwist

- Genexis Hybrid FTTH Gateway

Step 2: Remove the front panel
For Genexis FiberTwist:
- Locate the button on the right-hand side of the box.
- Hold the button down and twist the front panel to the left.
- To reattach the panel, twist it to the right until it clicks into place.
For Genexis Hybrid FTTH Gateway:
- Gently place a flat palm on the front panel.
- Push the front panel toward the wall to ensure it’s securely attached.
- To remove it:
- Hold the inner part of the box steady with one hand.
- Grip the lower part of the front panel and gently pull it towards you.
- Use smooth, even pressure to avoid damage.
