Step 1: Identify your fiber box model

Nova uses two types of fiber optic boxes

1. Genexis FiberTwist

1. Genexis Hybrid FTTH Gateway

Step 2: Remove the front panel

For Genexis FiberTwist:

1. Locate the button on the right-hand side of the box.
2. Hold the button down and twist the front panel to the left.
3. To reattach the panel, twist it to the right until it clicks into place.

For Genexis Hybrid FTTH Gateway:

1. Gently place a flat palm on the front panel.
2. Push the front panel toward the wall to ensure it’s securely attached.
3. To remove it:
   • Hold the inner part of the box steady with one hand.
   • Grip the lower part of the front panel and gently pull it towards you.
   • Use smooth, even pressure to avoid damage.
