Subscriptions purchased from Sýn or through Síminn cannot be viewed on NovaTV. You need to cancel those and purchase a separate subscription from Nova that works with NovaTV.

But it's simple – just choose the subscription you want and enter your payment details, and the subscription will soon be active on NovaTV. Learn more about that here
