This guide will help you change the name and password of your Wi-Fi network, as well as the login password for your Nova router’s settings page.
Why this task is important
Changing your network name and password enhances security and makes it easier to identify your own network. Regular updates to your login credentials also help prevent unauthorized access.

- Choose the frequency (2.4GHz and/or 5GHz) and update:

Best practice is to have the same SSID and password for both frequencies, so your devices roam easier between them
Step 3: Change the router’s login password
- Go to Settings > System Management > Account Management > Change Password.
- Enter your current password and then the new password.
- Save your changes.
Next steps
- Reconnect: After making changes, forget the old network on your devices and reconnect using the new credentials.
- Restart: Restart your router and devices to apply the changes effectively.
