Is the problem bound to a specific location?
If the issue is bound to a specific location, you can contact us via online chat at nova.is, with information about the exact location - full address, apartment number and postal code. If you are out in the countryside you need to provide us with coordinates and an exact location so we can take a closer look at this and figure out what's going on.
