How to turn off Monthly Top Up on Nova numbers

This guide will show you how to turn off the automatic top-up feature in your Frelsi prepaid subscription. This is useful if you want to manage your balance manually or stop automatic charges.

 

Step 1: Open the Nova app or visit My Pages

Log into the Nova app on your device, or go to nova.is using a browser.

Step 2: Locate your Frelsi subscription

Once logged in, locate your prepaid number under your profile or subscription list.

Step 3: Access auto-top-up settings

Tap into the subscription settings. Look for the option labeled "Sjálfvirk áfylling" (Auto-top-up).

Step 4: Disable the feature

Switch off the auto-top-up toggle. You may be asked to confirm the change.
