Configure Data Roaming and APN on 4G/5G Router

This guide helps you configure data roaming, APN, and frequency settings on your 4G/5G router for optimal network performance.

Prerequisites

Before starting, ensure you have:

• An active Nova SIM card.
• A 4G/5G router from Nova or a compatible third-party device.
• Access to the router's admin interface.

Step-by-step Instructions

Step 1: Log in to your Router

1. Connect to your router via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.
2. Open a web browser and enter the router's IP address (typically 192.168.8.1 or as per device instructions).
3. Log in with your username and password.

Step 2: Configure APN Settings

1. Navigate to Network settings or Internet settings.
2. Enter the following APN settings:
   • APN: internet.nova.is
   • Username: Leave blank
   • Password: Leave blank
3. Save your settings.

Step 3: Enable Data Roaming

1. Access Roaming settings.
2. Select Enable data roaming.
3. Save your changes.
