It's simple and easy to have a fiber connection from Nova!

You pay monthly for internet use, access fee (rental of the fiber optic cable to you) and router rental (if you need it). See price list.

You choose a usage package for the fiber connection:

• 500 GB
• Unlimited network 

If you want a 500GB connection and go beyond the included data package then you don't have to worry!
You automatically change packages to unlimited network. If you want to change again, do so in the Nova app or in Stóllinn on nova.is - note that this change is valid from the beginning of next month. If you run into problems, you can also contact us at the online chat or in our customer service in 519 1919.

If you have your own router (WiFi router) that has a WAN port and supports 1000 Mb p/s all right to use it. However, we strongly recommend using a recent router (preferably not older than 4 years) to be able to access the high speed Internet and handle all the smart devices in the home wirelessly. Sometimes you need to contact us to authenticate the MAC number of your router.
