You can easily order a transfer of your Nova Fiber connection in Stóllinn at nova.is

Start by logging in to Stóllinn with your Electronic ID (Rafræn skilríki), click on the box with your Fiber Connection and select Settings (Stillingar)

Here are your Settings for your Nova Fiber. In the toolbar on the left, click Transfer (Flutningur) and then Transfer Fiber Connection (Skrá flutning á Ljósleiðara)

Enter your new home address here - just make sure it is spelled correctly, and then you click on the correct home address from the list that drops down.

Here you choose your apartment number - you can search for your apartment by apartment number, property number or size. For detached houses or single homes, there is only one option that appears.

When do you want your Fiber connection to move to the new address? You simply choose the date.

Sit down, relax and wait for the connection to activate in your new home!

Just remember that the Fiber box in your old home should not be moved. Those boxes are not moved between homes. If they are tampered with, there is a risk of breaking the Fiber Optic.

But of course your router can move with you!
