To get an electronic ID for your mobile phone, your SIM card needs to support the service.

If yours does not, you can look up your number here, it‘s easy to fix.

You just need to come to our store and get a new SIM card. We recommend going to our store in Lágmúli 9, because our agents there can also activate your electronic ID via booking a time slot here. If you aren‘t able to, you can go to your bank after you get the SIM card to activate your electronic ID.

Please remember to bring a valid ID, for example passport or driving license.
