Overview

For clearer voice quality and more stable calls over 4G (VoLTE), Nova recommends enabling this setting on iPhone. Some newer models have VoLTE enabled by default, so the option may not appear.

Requirements

• iPhone model that supports VoLTE (typically iPhone 6s and newer)
• Latest iOS software installed
• Nova SIM card inserted
• Mobile Data enabled (and Data Roaming if abroad)

Steps – Enable VoLTE

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Mobile Data.
3. Tap Mobile Data Options or directly Voice & Data.
4. Choose 4G or turn on VoLTE.
5. If the option isn’t visible, end any ongoing call, restart your phone, and check for the latest iOS update.

Note: The setting cannot be changed during an active call

Troubleshooting

• VoLTE option missing?
  • Make sure iOS is up to date and that you are using a Nova SIM card.
• VoLTE still not working?
  • Restart your device.
  • Confirm mobile data is enabled.
